Local SEO & AI Enhancements
Search has changed. Customers aren't just typing a few keywords into Google anymore. They're asking AI tools detailed questions and trusting an algorithm to point them to the right business. DIWYM builds the technical foundation that makes sure your business is part of that answer.
How We Optimize for Local and AI Search
Schema Markup
Structured data that tells Google, Gemini, and ChatGPT exactly what your business does, what services you offer, and where you're located.
Google Business Profile Optimization
A fully built out profile, with categories, services, photos, and posts, is one of the clearest signals both local search and AI tools use to recommend a business.
AI Readiness Content
Website content written to directly answer the specific, detailed questions people now ask AI tools, not just short search keywords.
Local SEO Fundamentals
The on page basics, like page titles, meta descriptions, and location specific content, still matter, because AI tools are often built on the same data traditional search engines rely on.

The Way People Search Has Changed
AI Mode has surpassed 1 billion monthly users in its first year, according to Google's own research on how AI Mode is changing the way people search. Separately, 42% of U.S. adults who use AI chatbots use them specifically to search for information, per Pew Research Center's "Americans and AI 2026" study. Gartner predicts traditional search engine volume will drop 25% by 2026 as more of that behavior shifts to AI. Businesses that show up in an AI generated answer get called. The ones that don't simply aren't part of the conversation at all.
A customer asks AI who they should call. AI gives them three or four options pulled from accurate, well structured business data. The customer picks one of those options and moves on with their day, often without ever seeing a traditional list of search results or scrolling to a second page of anything at all. That's simply how more and more people are finding local businesses now.
This is exactly why Schema, structured data, and AI readiness aren't optional extras anymore. They're the actual mechanism by which your business gets included in that short list of options in the first place. A business with excellent service but poor structured data can lose a customer to a mediocre competitor who simply gave AI tools clearer, more complete information to work with.
